NHS-X Stand up

Michael Latimer, CEO of Isosec and Marc Poulaud, CTO and Co-founder, shared with NHSX staff their strategy and approach towards the NHS login challenge. They were invited as a trusted supplier to the NHS in identity and access management, to share their views and discuss the cloud based approach that Isosec delivers to the market based on Any Device – Any Platform – Anywhere.

Michael said “we were delighted to be welcomed by NHSX to help their wider workforce understand the landscape of NHS login. Sharing this knowledge and expertise amongst suppliers and NHSX can only be a good thing when it comes to shaping the future strategy of NHS login. It was a pleasure to spend time with NHSX colleagues and there was some great discussion around our cloud based solutions that are already providing huge benefits to many Trusts across the country.”

Smartcard innovation leader

Isosec has provided the NHS with smartcard security and access solutions for over 15 years, constantly evolving their product suite to the needs of the market. Their innovative solutions include Virtual Smartcard, the only cloud based smartcard solution that’s purpose built for the NHS. Their single sign on tap and go service is also rapidly maturing as the market recognises the need for smarter ways to gain fast, easy and safe access to NHS systems.

Marc Poulaud, CTO at Isosec, commented “we work with over 80 NHS Organisations across the country, and we’re always looking for the best approach and best practice when it comes to NHS login. We really welcome NHSX’s approach to supplier engagement, as we are already heavily involved in many Trust’s strategies to login, so we can share lots of expertise and advice to the wider ecosystem strategy.”

Isosec support NHS login project

With the announcement at the beginning of the year that the government will invest £40million into easier system login and access to data for NHS users, Isosec are well placed in the market to address the key issues and challenges, as well as offer ground breaking solutions that are widely in use within the NHS.

Latimer comments “our core aim is to ensure the NHS makes the best use of this investment by taking advantage of proven and respected solutions such as ours, so the NHS can continue to focus on it’s own core aim – to provide the best patient care possible with access to information whenever and wherever they need it.”
