Business Development Manager 

To help drive both new business sales and up-sell to existing customers via both direct and partner routes. Whilst the UK HQ is based in Manchester, applicants from throughout the UK are encouraged to apply as home working options are available.

Responsibilities:
Execute a strategic target sales plan for allocated target customers and key accounts
Secure new business wins from either Isosec or self-generated leads
Create new up-sell and cross sell opportunities to existing customers
Work with our leadership team to identify new target organisations and/or new target markets as appropriate
Work to understand the culture of our prospective customers and tailor sales plans accordingly
Utilise CRM extensively to ensure up to date information and activities are always recorded and up to date

Essential Experience
3+ years applicable sales experience in software solution sales, preferably with NHS and Healthcare exposure
Verifiable track-record of sales achievement against an annual target of at least £300k Y1 contract value
Good commercial awareness and the ability to project a confident and professional image and present well to an audience
Self-starter – equally comfortable with new business leads or prospecting for own lead
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Good level of software and technical applications and how they are deployed commercially

Desirable Experience: Demonstrable experience of selling complex software solutions to the NHS, either from a software company perspective or as a framework re-seller

Package: Negotiable salary, car allowance, commission and bonus available to attract strong candidates

 


Technical Support Analyst

This is an important and key role as it interfaces directly with our customers serving to help them but also to provide key insights into their organisations which is essential to our ability to innovate and to the success of our business.

Building relationships and trust will be key, both with customers and our teams. It will be important that you deliver world class support to serve and delight our customers.

You will provide front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals. You will also be responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to SLAs.

Using excellent problem solving skills you will diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex problem situations, or when appropriate, escalate or route them to the appropriate team.

Responsibilities:
Serve as first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over phone or email
Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques (such as remote sessions and analysing logs)
Provide accurate information on products and services to customers
Record events and issues and their resolution in logs
Follow up and update customer/problem status and information
Pass on and log any feedback from customers to the development team
Identify and suggest any improvements on products or processes
Participate in process and product improvement
Package and deploying Isosec products and services

Required skills:
Problem solving skills and curious nature
Tech savvy with working knowledge of databases and remote control software
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Ability to learn new technical skills and understand our products
Ability to research and be proactive
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable working directly with end users

Desirable skills:
Experience of help desk/customer support work
A history of working independently without close supervision and demonstrated time management skills
Experience with some programming languages and willingness/ability to learn
NHS or healthcare experience

Multi Platform Technical C/C++ Developer

You’ll be part of a small but great agile team involved in the planning, designing, developing and delivering innovative and high quality solutions for clinicians across the NHS with a focus on excellent customer service.

We’re seeking a talented (or someone who shows great promise) and enthusiastic C/C++ developer to help develop sophisticated secure cross-platform libraries and applications on Windows, iOS and Android platforms. These applications will work as part of our cloud service eco-system which you will also be be involved in.

You’ll be responsible for creating your own test scripts as part of a sophisticated automated testing and continuous deployment environment, as well as adding instrumentation in to software and systems for support and billing purposes which also feed into a data analytics and KPI platform.

Required skills:
Excellent team, communication and collaboration skills

Strong C/C++ development skills
Experience developing both mobile and desktop C/C++ projects
Experience with at least one mobile IDE (Visual Studio, Xcode or Android Studio)
Secure coding practices

Desirable skills:
Windows / Visual Studio and Microsoft technologies stack
Android / Android Studio
Apple / Xcode
