Isosec’s long-standing customer, Barts Health NHS Trust, are continuing their major roll-out of Isosec Virtual Smartcards across their estate, which has been met with critical acclaim by its users. This roll-out continues at pace, as staff across the organisation are realising the benefits of faster and easier authentication for NHS staff.
Andrew Vince, Head of People Systems and Insight at Barts, commented “We’ve now rolled out more than 7,000 Virtual Smartcards to our team, which means more than 40% of our smartcard users now have one, and we’re working quickly towards having all users issued as soon as possible. It’s been a fantastic team effort, with the Barts and Isosec teams working together, and this is also validated by an average NPS score of +76. This shows how positive our users are rating Virtual Smartcard, over previously using a physical smartcard.”
Michael Latimer, CEO at Isosec added “This is a great achievement, and has been built on a fantastic partnership between Isosec and the amazing team at Barts. When we first launched our Virtual Smartcard in January 2018, our aim was always to ensure that as many NHS customers as possible benefit from an easier authentication journey. The success of customers like Barts Health shows how far we have all come. The Net Promoter score of +76 highlights the success story with our customers and also how well our teams work together for the benefit of all users.”
Today, Isosec provides Virtual Smartcards to more than 100 NHS and Healthcare customers with the benefit of making authentication to NHS clinical systems fast, secure and easy to use. Isosec Virtual Smartcards have been fully accredited by NHS Digital under their Assurance Framework.
